We have many years of experience in all areas of dispatch, and have traveled all over the United States training dispatch centers. Our instructors are professionals who have supervised and trained in all areas of dispatching, from call-takers to public information and communications.

Our professionals have a passion for their work and make every attempt to personalize the course to individual needs. Dispatchers are the vital link between both the citizens of the county when there is an emergency, and the officers in the field when they need assistance. Being a 911 dispatcher is a very honorable profession.

Our team of instructors have trained dispatchers all over the United States and parts of Canada. Each instructor has over 15 years of experience and at least 10 years of instructor experience.
