Spanish for dispatchers
El curso 8 espaƱol para expedidores
Spanish is no longer a foreign language--it is now considered a second language. Every dispatcher should be familiar with common words and phrases used by Spanish speaking callers. Dispatch centers should be able to provide a standard of care by knowing how to ask basic questions of who, what, and when in Spanish. Our Spanish dispatcher instructor for PDM911 will provide basic questions a dispatcher should ask and understand the responses in Spanish. |
